Frequently Asked Questions
Is a silk pillowcase good for your skin?
Yes — silk's smooth surface reduces friction, helping prevent sleep creases and keeping skin hydrated by not absorbing moisture the way cotton does.
Is a silk pillowcase good for hair?
Yes — silk reduces friction and frizz, helping maintain your hairstyle and reduce breakage overnight. It's especially beneficial for colour-treated or fine hair.
How do I wash a silk pillowcase?
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, or use a delicate machine cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid tumble drying.
What type of silk is used?
Our pillowcases are made from 100% pure Mulberry Silk — the highest quality silk available, known for its fine, smooth texture and durability.

About OUR Silk COllection
Darkness supports sleep. As light fades, your body naturally adapts into rest mode. An eye mask keeps that darkness steady through the night. Silk adds the comfort: soft, breathable and gentle enough to wear all night.
Momme (mm) is the unit used to measure silk weight. 19-momme mulberry silk is a dense, high-quality weave, substantial enough to feel luxe and block light well, yet light against the skin.
Yes. Mulberry silk is naturally breathable, holds moisture against the skin, and is measured at up to 43% less friction than cotton, which makes it gentle on delicate skin and lashes.
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, gently press out the water (don't wring), and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
Silk scrunchies create significantly less friction against your hair strands compared to cotton or synthetic elastics. This means fewer breakages, less frizz, and no painful pulling — especially important for fine, color-treated, or chemically processed hair.
Yes — silk scrunchies work beautifully across all hair types, from straight and fine to thick, curly, and coily. The gentle hold is especially beneficial for fragile or damaged hair that needs extra care.
