PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Order processing normally takes 1-2 business days. When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email update with your tracking information. Please check the spam/junk folder of your email prior to contacting us.

Orders that are made over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following week. 

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

We are currently shipping to all countries.

Within Hong Kong: After being dispatched, orders will be delivered by SF courier and normally takes between 2-4 business days to arrive.

Within China and Asia: After being dispatched, orders will be delivered by  DHL or SF courier and shipping time is normally between 3-5 business days to arrive for express shipping, 7-14 business days for standard shipping. 

Rest of the world: After being dispatched, orders will be delivered by mail or DHL for express shipping and shipping time is normally between 3-5 business days to arrive for express shipping, 14-20 business days for standard shipping. 

 

DELAYS, LOSSES & DAMAGES

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, Silkism is not responsible for any delays, losses or damages caused in-transit by the postal service or custom agencies. It is the customers' responsibility to follow the tracking information provided, and to contact the courier or delivery company to enquire about the delivery of your purchase. Should the courier or delivery company delay/lose/damage your purchase, we are unable to provide replacements and refunds.
