Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking. Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the following business week.

We are currently shipping to all countries.

Within Hong Kong: free shipping on orders over HK$300. Orders under HK$300 are charged shipping calculated at checkout.

International: calculated at checkout by destination.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Hong Kong: SF courier, 3–7 business days.

China & Asia: DHL or SF, 5–7 business days (express) / 7–14 business days (standard).

Rest of world: DHL or mail, 5–7 business days (express) / 14–20 business days (standard).

DELAYS, LOSSES & DAMAGES

If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at enquiries@silkism.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please note we can't be held responsible for delays or holds caused by customs, or by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout — in those cases please follow your tracking and contact the courier directly.
